I wouldn’t say I am the most conscious person when it comes to my own body health, but I wouldn’t say I’m the most lacking in that aspect either.

I do normal stuff that ensures that I stay healthy, but I don’t go out of my way to purposefully try to train my body beyond the normal strength, if you could say so.

Do I respect my own boy? I think I respect my own body. I keep myself healthy and appreciate my ability to do all the things I can do.
